Damaged or Defective Products

* Photos of the damaged product
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as

Refunds
Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items. A full
refund will be processed once the issue is confirmed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or defective,
we will resolve it by issuing a refund or sending a replacement
depending on availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
